This training will give the trainees the opportunity to attend diverse online sessions operating on three levels: "Know Yourself," "Connect with Others," and "Take Initiative." The aim is to support youth in practicing core competencies needed for growth and development to reach their fullest potential. These competencies are particularly important for the youth generation to adapt to and manage challenging circumstances effectively.

Through these sessions, trainees will develop awareness and listening skills to help them cope with feelings of stress. They will build awareness of their surroundings through innovative communication, express their identity and emotions through drawing and writing, and develop the ability to communicate and build strong, positive relationships with themselves and their environment. They will also practice writing interview questions, in addition to enhancing their creative skills

Trainees in the online sessions will need: A4 papers, pen or pencil, and a flat surface for writing. Additionally, they must commit to attending the sessions held over two days, actively participate, and respectfully interact with the different points of view offered during the session.
Volunteering Opportunity Plan
It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

This training consists of 6 online sessions, spread over two days; three sessions are held on the first day for two and a half hours each, and three on the second day. The trainer will send the participation link and create a WhatsApp group for the trainees who have been accepted for this chance (using Teams application). They will also receive advance notice from the trainer regarding what is required for each session. It should be mentioned that in order to obtain a participation certificate, trainees have to commit to attend both training days.
