Explaining the activities and steps necessary to implement the public park cleaning opportunity 1. Preparation and planning: Determine the date of the activity and the place of gathering / prepare a list of the required materials and tools (such as gloves, waste bags, agricultural tools) / communicate with volunteers to confirm participation. 2. Receiving volunteers and distributing materials and tools / providing safety instructions and general directions. 3. Divide volunteers into small groups, identifying a leader for each group / distributing tasks according to areas in the park. 4. Collect waste from all over the garden/clean the green spaces and the hall in the garden and draw some drawings on the topic of cleanliness. 5. A short meeting to evaluate the activities / thank the volunteers for their efforts / take photos of the group at the end of the activity. With these steps, the activity can be carried out in an organized and effective manner, ensuring that the objectives of the volunteer campaign are achieved.
