Volunteers will learn how to assess the needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and manage aid distribution. Key skills include field assessments, coordination with local authorities, and problem-solving. Volunteers will also improve their communication and teamwork abilities. This experience builds essential knowledge for humanitarian work and crisis response.
