Sustainable Development Goals

Knowledge gained from this opportunity
Determine the challenges to be faced, i.e. the identified societal problems, who is affected and what are the repercussions on society.

Helping displaced people meet their needs is a humanitarian mission whose value is known only to those who work in disaster response and relief. These missions put us in the place of responsibility and we cannot delay or hesitate in helping a person in need. We learned that sustainability is a basic rule in our work and we learned that in every mission we must pay attention. For continuity, ensuring sustainability and protecting its components. We learned that life goes on and we have to work with great effort and awareness and manage the waste of time and resources. We learned that victims live in a state of mental instability and sometimes behave in wrong ways, and here we have to help them make the appropriate decisions, so we must maintain our safety first. .

Opportunity requirements
Explain the solution offered by the opportunity and how it will address the challenges mentioned in the previous section.

The National Response Plan DRR notes the needs of the displaced, but direct services are not available. It includes an explanation of the activities and steps necessary to implement the opportunity, with an explanation of the time periods and costs for each activity and for the entire opportunity, as providing this information accurately reflects the professionalism of those in charge of the opportunity and their experience in the field of community work.

The collection of preliminary information was carried out by the 26 members of the Rashaya District Municipal Police and their employees, but the statistics are inaccurate and need to be developed and updated, especially since the numbers are increasing and some of the displaced have moved to other places, and the study of needs has not finished. What is required: work to collect Accurate data that takes into account all groups and needs. Develop a plan for priorities. Request needs from various parties according to accurate numbers and a specific period of time. Allocate places for crisis management, packaging places, and food distribution and preparation stations. Prepare a work team in coordination with the crisis management plan in the towns of Rashaya district. Allocate Special places for protection (children and women)
